l want to thank you very much for your cooperation in contacting me.l got a place to study at Lertoneou University to study for aeronautical engineering as from Fall 2009.The college awarded me little scholarship.lam appealing for financial aid which can amount to more than 10000 usa dollars .l can mail you my awarding letter.please kindly assist me ,we are facing financial problems because of economical crisis in the country

Internation PhD students will definitely be benefited by this huge program of spreading education. PhD students must passed their PhD dissertation to qualify for this scholarship.
